All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). Payment must be made in full before order processing unless Cash on Delivery is selected where available.
5. Delivery
We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
Sunday and public holiday deliveries may be available upon request, depending on availability.
While we aim to meet delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
