Refund policy
At Lumina Health, we are committed to providing safe and high-quality health and wellness products.
Customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product received is defective, incorrect, or expired, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for the product until it is returned safely to us.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened supplements, personal care items, or products returned due to change of mind or incorrect orders.

Approved returns will be processed within 24–72 hours. A replacement will be provided where possible, or a refund issued if necessary. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
